Point Guarantee
Applicable Exams: SHSAT (NYC), SSAT, ISEE, SAT, ACT, Regents Prep (NYC)
1:1 Sessions: for all 1:1 sessions (Advanced Package or higher), we offer the following point increase guarantees:
75+ points for SHSAT or 99th percentile score (above cutoff)
150+ points for SSAT or 99th percentile score
175+ points for SAT or 99th percentile score
3+ points for ACT or 99th percentile score
Cumulative score increase on all other exams
Classes and Group Sessions: for all group sessions (5+ students), we offer a cumulative score improvement guarantee (meaning that we guarantee your official exam score to be higher than your PET initial diagnostic score). Please see below for specific exam guarantees:
50+ points on SHSAT or 99th percentile score
80+ points on SSAT or 99th percentile score
130+ points on SAT or 99th percentile score
Expectations
In order to request a full refund, a given student must have:
Completed a full benchmarking exam within the first week of tutoring
Attended all scheduled live sessions & completed all assignments in a timely fashion
Registered for and completed an official exam (with associated testing body)
If, once all 3 of the above steps are satisfied, your students’ score has not improved, you are entitled to a full refund or an additional free test prep package (of equal or lesser value)
